    Capacity Building

    The Leipzig-Bilbao 2005 Meeting is one of four Regional Conferences, one for each geographical area: Europe, Africa, Latin America-Caribbean and Asia-Pacific, which will be held to prepare for the Bilbao Summit 2005.
    The final goal is to present the conclusions obtained by Local Authorities worldwide throughout the process of the Summit of Bilbao and their further transfered to the World Summit on the Information Society in Tunis.

    This conference is official part of the Roadmap to Bilbao. It is organized by UNITAR and the City of Leipzig in association with Alcatel SEL.
